I'll be back.

A year ago, I was dating this boy. And by "dating" I mean we went out twice, to my place once, and then stopped seeing each other because I was "too much an adult" for him. But I digress. He wrote a blog (obviously); the idea which I first thought was cool, so I launched up this page and made one post. Then, I thought it was totally lame so I never came back. Now...Well, maybe we'll see you next August.

JG announced in an email today that she started her own blog, "as a way for our scattered friends to keep track on what we're up to in our new life." Considering how terrible I am at keeping in touch with folks, it seemed like a good idea. I mean, aren't you just dying to know what's going on in my fabulous life?

I'm laying on the couch watching an episode of Star Trek: TNG called "Cause and Effect"--a notion I'm only too familiar with today. Four gimlets and no dinner is not a smart choice. I'm not as young as I used to be.
